Returns & Exchanges
Not in love with your purchase? No problem! Simply return your unwanted items back to us within 10 days of your shipping date. Please make sure your item(s) meet our criteria below. No exceptions allowed.
- We must receive your return within 10 days of your shipping date to be eligible for a refund.
- Clothing Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and Please include your packing slip with the return.
- Any returns sent after this period will not be processed.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns or exchanges after 10 days will not be accepted.
- If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
We do not offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns past the 10th day but may be eligible for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a $5.95 shipping charge to have the items sent back.

If you wish to exchange clothing items for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us no later than 10 days from shipped date. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. You may then place an order for the desired size. - Emailing about an Order – Please included Order Number (if available), First and Last Name provided to place the order, and email address used to place the order.
- Emailing about a Return/Refund- Please included Tracking Number for return package, Order Number, First and Last Name and Email Address used to place the order.
