  1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping depending on both the processing time and your shipping address. After you completed your order, it goes into the processing period, usually taking 1-2 business days (not including weekends). Once your order is done processing, it'll then be ready for Standard First Class shipping, which usually takes 5-7 business days (remember your location plays a part in your shipping), as for Priority Shipping, it will take  2-5 business days. If you'd like more of an estimate from your area, contact your nearest USPS location for more accurate information.

  1. I never received my package, what happened?

Once an item is shipped, it will send a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. When you receive your tracking number, this means it is now in the hands of USPS. Although USPS is a very reliable mailing source, they're human, and sometimes mistakes happen, and your product may take longer than expected, once again please understand when this happens, it is out of our control. We would suggest contacting your local USPS, and with your tracking number, they can then let you know precisely where and what is going on with your package. This is very rare, but it can happen, so we want to make sure you understand the proper steps to take action.

  1. I placed an order and one of my items is stated as "NIS", will I still be charged for that item?

Definitely NOT, our inventory/ stock is our priority, but unfortunately, stock mishaps happen. NIS stands for "NOT IN STOCK" Although an item was in stock when purchasing, that does not ALWAYS mean sellable. Each piece is inspected adequately before sending, and sometimes items may have slight imperfection and may not meet IJM standards. After a failed inspection, it will become out of stock. Another scenario is sometimes the inventory is taken at the exact same time as another customer. Nonetheless, we ALWAYS refund the item that is out of stock, please note depending on your bank choice, it may take a few business days to show as refunded on your statement but it is done immediately after your order is processed. This doesn't happen often, but if it does, you are completely covered!

  1. When do you restock on certain items?

Restocks on items may vary, and typically depends on current demand for the product and If the style is available from our vendors. If an item becomes out of stock immediately after being released, we will definitely consider restocking within a few weeks, but again isn't always promised. We will always keep you in the loop by email or on our Instagram page with updates, so please follow us on social media to stay up to date.

  1. I bought something on promotion or using a code, Can I still exchange my items?

We do offer discounts, sales and, free shipping on specific items because items prices are already marked down and, we are still a small boutique. You wouldn't be able to get proper store credit. All Promotions are Final Sales with No Exceptions at this time.

  1. The item broke on me while I was wearing it, can I get a refund?

We know this can be disappointing, and we are truly sorry if this happens. However, We thoroughly examen every item before shipping. Therefore, Imjusme101 is not responsible for accidents that happen after the item is used or worn. We can not refund you for something that has broken, ripped due to wear and tear.

7. What size do I get in this item? Can you suggest a size? 

We get it! It may be challenging to determine your size in each item, but many factors go into the sizing such as the the fabric stretch or pattern. We currently do not recommend sizes because we do not know your exact body type or the desired fit you would be comfortable in. However, if something fits significantly small or even true to size, we note that in the item descriptions. As a reminder: We are not responsible if an item does not fit the way it is expected, use your discretion. Oh Snap! Wrong size? Don't fret; we do offer store credit. Please see the RETURN POLICY information page. 

8.  Where does my store credit go to? How can I access it?

Store credits are credited through your personal account that was made through imjusme101.com. Using the email entered when you placed your order.  Your refund does not include the shipping fee.

 9. How will I know when my store credit for online processed?

Your online credit will be processed 1-2 business days after we have received your order back from the USPS. It is counted from the day the tracking shows it was "picked up". You can always keep track by following the tracking number you shipped it back to us with.
