Will I be refunded if I notify you about the damaged product after the 5th day of arrival?
Unfortunately, your approval will be denied after day 5.
Unfortunately, Imjusme101 does not accept standard returns at this time. While we understand that it is challenging to know if you'll enjoy a scent without being able to smell it (where is digital scratch and sniff when you need it?), please consider gifting your candle to a friend or someone you think would enjoy it.
You might also consider seeing if a store near you carries Imjusme101 candles so that you can smell them in person! Remember always to call ahead of time to see what they have in stock.
If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please get in contact with us at info@Imjusme101.com, and we will file a claim and get you a replacement candle sent asap!
Return to Sender:
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package. The price to reship a package is $8, and you will be sent an invoice via email. If you choose to receive a refund rather than have your order resent, you will be refunded for the cost of the candles only. We cannot refund the shipping costs on returned packages.
Suppose a "return to sender" is processed and your package is not returned to us for any reason. In that case, you will be responsible for paying the total cost of a replacement candle, plus an additional $8 to cover the shipping cost, should you want a replacement sent. We cannot offer any refunds on orders which were not returned to us.
